John Santo General Contracting, LLC, began by building custom homes and additions in 1987. However, owner John Santo's roots go back several years before that, starting with his grandfather, who was a builder during the 60's and 70's in the greater Salem New Hampshire area.

John's own father has been in the construction business all his life, currently owning and operating Atlas Foundations. The family tradition continues with John who has been building homes of the finest quality across New Hampshire and Massachusetts since his company's inception.

An eye for detail and an ear for the client's needs and desires have been the successful elements in our formula for creating quality results and happy homeowners. Combining our knowledge, experience and care, we strive to provide the finest custom construction services available, done right, on time, and within budget.
